The Fishing

The Banks is the most celebrated fishing site
in Puerto Vallarta. Here you'll find up to 1,000 lb. Marlin,
400 lb. Tuna or Sailfish, and other massive catches. However,
at 50 miles from shore, it's about a 2 hour haul each way, making
a 12 hour journey or an overnighter the only reasonable options
to fish there. In our honest opinion, the fishing is also
not any better than that at Corbetena and it is much more expensive.
We offer this trip, but we recommend you consider Corbetena, El Morro or El Faro instead - they are a much better value for the
money, and the water can be very rough out that far.
